Pre~Preschool at the Rec Center

For the past two months, Ryan and Grandma have been attending two back to back classes on Wednesday mornings at our local rec center. They each run approximately 45 minutes with a 15 minute break in between. Besides three story hours a week at either the library or Barnes and Noble, this has been a fun activity for both of them. The focus of the classes has been on colors, letters, numbers, shapes, sharing...well, you get the idea. More importantly, Ryan now thinks he's a big boy because he gets to attend "school"! He has made some friends and we anticipate this will be a great preparation for when his real preschool starts this fall. Below are pictures from their last day. The classes will resume again in two weeks with a new batch of kids and one Grandma with the cutest boy in town!
