We had our Dr. appointment today which included an ultrasound and a visit with our doctor. As suspected, Baby Ward is ahead of schedule. With all of the advances in science, they are able to take the measurement of the head, stomach and femur, throw it all together and come out with a very accurate weight. Within a 1/2 pound to be exact. Ironically, BW is within the 6 pound range...what Ryan was at birth. While I am supposed to be at 34 weeks, BW is measuring in at 37 weeks. So, with all of that information, we are now looking at a due date that falls within the week of April 6th. Another little blip in the plans is that BW is a little acrobat just like Ryan was at about this time. At my last appointment, BW was head down and really just a baby in waiting. Well, after feeling hiccups this morning at the top of my belly, I knew there had been a flip. Today's appointment confirmed that BW is in fact in a breech position and has two weeks to turn back around. If that hasn't happened by our next ultrasound, we'll be looking at a C-section and possibly earlier, yet. So if I start typing my messages upside down, you'll know why! We were able to leave with a few pictures (not the greatest, unfortunately) and I will post them as soon as I get them scanned. Thanks to everyone for your good thoughts and wishes. We sure do appreciate them! With that said, I've gotta run. We now have less time to do all the things we haven't even started on! :o)
