As our 5th anniversary quickly approached, we decided to do something extra special! Don was fortunate enough to get his hands on two airline vouchers so we decided to travel some place we probably wouldn't pick. And...the idea of a trip to Maine was born! Having never been, which was one of the draws, we started to do our research. We opted for a cabin over a hotel and decided to stay in one of the smaller coastal towns as opposed to the city! As our trip began to feel like an "us" vacation, we got more and more excited. However, without the Village of people watching our children, our trip never could have happened. A great big THANKS to Grandma Lainy, Tricia, Amy, Taryn, Auntie Conna and Uncle G! Knowing the kids were in such good hands allowed us the opportunity to relax and enjoy our trip!
