This is where the Ward Family gives a nice big shout out to our good friend, Elyse. As we were leaving church on Valentine's Day, she called and asked if we cared to use her season tickets to the Eagles Hockey game. Ryan and I took her up on her offer and we had a blast. It was an afternoon game, which was perfect, and Ryan and I had a great time together. He enjoyed watching the game, eating the treats, waving to the mascot Slapshot and was very impressed with the Zomboni! He also scored a stuffed "Slapshot" and when asking for the puck, he asked if he could have that tire on the shelf! Not sure Uncle Chris would be very proud but it was pretty cute if I do say so myself! Other than the extremely loud noise of the cowbells that people were clanging, we had a really nice afternoon "date"!
