A day with our boy

Saturday~July 25, 2009 It's here! We've been talking about it for days and it's finally here...Ryan's 3rd birthday! We started the day out with breakfast as a family and then Grandma & Grandpa picked Ryan up and took him to McDonalds so he could play in the kid area. He had fun sliding down the slides and crawling through the tunnels. He also managed to get his lunch down even though he had just eaten a big breakfast. I guess that's a growing boy for you! After "rest time", we dropped off Baby Kate and took the birthday boy out for dinner and to his 1st movie. Although he really enjoyed the arcade in the theater, he absolutely loved his night at the movies. His eyes were as big as saucers and he made it for the entire thing! He enjoyed snacking on popcorn and milk duds, sitting in between Mommy and Daddy and watching a movie that was bigger than anything he had ever seen before. Although, I do have to say that it was us who were the lucky ones...it was a memory we will treasure and always remember!
